For any question about your data, write to us through the contact form, call us on 0771 412 311 or send a letter to our registered office.

• Form data: name, company, email, phone and message; in the quote form, also the service, industry, timeline and budget you choose; for the Smart TMS launch notice, the number of vehicles. With it we keep the page you sent the form from and the time you sent it.
• Technical data for spam protection: your IP address and technical browser signals, used by Cloudflare Turnstile and by the limit on the number of messages.
• Anonymous visit statistics: the page visited, where the visit came from, country, device type, operating system and browser (Vercel Web Analytics), and page speed measurements (Vercel Speed Insights). These do not identify you.
• Technical server logs, such as IP address and browser, kept by the hosting provider to run and secure the website.

We do not ask for sensitive data, such as health data. Please do not include it in your message.

• To reply to you and prepare a quote: because you asked us to, before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, when you write on behalf of a company, our legitimate interest in communicating with customers (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• To let you know when Smart TMS launches: based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
• To protect the website from spam and abuse: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• To understand how the website is used and improve it, from anonymous statistics: our legitimate interest.

We make no automated decisions with legal effects on you and do no profiling. We do not sell data or use it for advertising. The website is meant for businesses and is not intended for children under 16.

• Messages and quote requests: as long as needed to reply and follow up, but no more than 24 months after the last contact if no contract follows. If we sign a contract, the data is kept as long as the contract and the law require.
• Smart TMS launch notice sign-ups: until we send the notice or you withdraw your consent.
• Visit statistics are anonymous; the technical identifier of a visit is deleted after 24 hours.
• Technical anti-spam data: only as long as the check needs.

We use providers that process data on our behalf, under contract:

• Vercel: website hosting, visit statistics and speed measurement.
• Brevo: sending the emails generated by the forms.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: the spam check in the forms.

If we prepare a quote together with our partners, we share with them only what the quote needs, after informing you. We may also share data with authorities when the law requires it.

Vercel and Cloudflare are US companies and may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases the transfer takes place with the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

The website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS) only. Form messages are not saved in a website database: they reach us only as email. Access to the providers’ accounts is limited to the people who need it.

Under the GDPR you have the right:

• to know what data we hold about you and get a copy;
• to have incorrect data corrected;
• to have your data erased;
• to have processing restricted;
• to receive your data in a commonly used format (portability);
• to object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
• to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP, B-dul G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru nr. 28-30, Sector 1, Bucharest.
