EvitaAmenda
EvitaAmenda works out, from the vehicle's GPS positions, how long each driver has driven and how long they can still drive. The driver is warned in advance on their phone, and the company sees the whole fleet in one place.

In short
- Who it is for
- Transport companies, their transport managers and professional drivers.
- Who uses it
- The company administrator, the transport manager (dispatcher) and the driver.
- Where it runs
- The dashboard in the browser; the driver app on Android phones.
- Where the data comes from
- From the vehicle's GPS, through compatible systems such as AROBS TrackGPS.
What EvitaAmenda does
The driver knows in advance how long they can still drive
The driver app shows the current status and how much time is left until the break, the daily driving limit and the end of the working day. Warnings come 30, 15 and 5 minutes before each limit.
- The current status: driving, break, availability or rest
- The important warnings arrive as phone notifications
- Clear messages about the rest still to make up

Breaks and rests, counted automatically
EvitaAmenda rebuilds each driver's activity from the GPS positions and checks it against the EU driving and rest time rules. After a longer stop, the driver confirms in the app whether it was a break, so the count stays right.
- Continuous driving and the daily, weekly and two-week limits
- Split breaks and reduced rests, with how to make them up
- Ferry and train crossings, marked by the driver

The dispatcher sees the whole fleet
In the dashboard, the transport manager sees active vehicles, drivers on a trip, open alerts and vehicles without a GPS signal, on the map and in a table. From there they resolve alerts, follow each vehicle's history and download reports.
- The command centre, with the fleet map
- The alert centre, with each alert resolved
- Daily reports and Excel export
- The activity log, for checks

How EvitaAmenda works
Reads the GPS positions
About every 35 seconds, the platform reads the vehicles' positions from the company's GPS system.
Rebuilds the activity
Driving, breaks and rests come out of the positions and the driver's confirmations.
Checks the rules
Every few seconds, the rules engine works out again how long is left until each limit.
Warns in advance
The driver gets the warning on their phone and the dispatcher sees it in the dashboard.
What RS built
We built EvitaAmenda end to end: the rules engine that follows driving times, the server that reads data from GPS providers, the company dashboard, the Android driver app and the website where companies sign up online.
The platform reads data from AROBS TrackGPS and other compatible GPS systems, and the link with GPS'CU, our other platform, is built too. EvitaAmenda does not replace the tachograph: it works from GPS data and warns in advance, so the driver does not reach the limit.
We build platforms like this for other companies too. Custom software
